i washed mine the other day... but that could probably go down as deconstruction - seeing the amount of crap that came off it!

Did take it apart over the winter and balance the starter valves, diable the airbox emissions pulley, gut the airbox, fit a K&N filter......
And then put back together complete with a new can, R&Gs and a scottoiler....

Goes like stink now! Very chuffed - just waitfing for it to warm up so the rear wheel can be put to proper use!

ha ha. i rebuildet a honda 440/4 and a kawasaki gs750 driveshaft.
why ?
need help with something?
be honest to do it i had some help from proffesionals by the 750 as it was a driveshaft.
depending on the bike!
i do 99% on my own bike on my own.

Not really a detailed thread build but i started with this
Image

Starting selling the bodywork and other stuff i didn't need
Image

A stage of the first 'dry' build
Image

Got the swinger braced up
Image

MMMM! Lovely powdercoat! Time to get it back together
Image

And not long after we have a rolling chassis!
Image

Which brings me to where i am now.Well the seats been recovered since and the brakes are fitted.Headlights are next job
Image

Or how about my baby rossi rep. Picked up a little Blata for little money! First job was to coat the frame and get the engine installed
Image

Then get the wheels, forks, brakes blah blah blah on
Image

Then repaint it in 'THE DOCTORS' Fiat Yamaha livery
Time to hit the track and get the elbow down lol!
