Poor f*cker.

I have to ask. How do you clean and lube up your chain without that happening? To be honest judging by what he has said. I have been doing mine the same way.

I dont think i will be anymore though!

Maybe I'm crazy, but I clean mine with the bike on the main stand and I rotate the rear wheel by hand. I'd never let the damn thing idle in gear and hold a cloth to it!
I'm never lost. I know exactly where I am. It's just not where you are.

As long as you don't wrap the rag around the chain & hold it tight with your fingers around the chain, you'll be allright m8. As otherhalf says its the way lots of bikers have cleaned & lubed there chains for years, that guy was just stupid.

I don't even have a centre stand on my bike, so if I'm alone i have to push the bike down the road and stop like every 10cm... it gets a bit easier with a second person lol :) I should really invest in a paddock stand lol :)
